Your Responsibilities
- You will take over the management and further development of the team "Public Cloud Services" with technical and disciplinary responsibility of the team.
- You will build a highly motivated and well-trained team –ensure all members Certified in at least one main public cloud platform
- You will be asked to build, run and continuously improve an NextGen Public cloud Managed Service (People-Tools-Processes) that meets the industry standards and gets certified by our key technology partners (AWS, Azure, Google)
- You will prioritize daily operations tasks, workflows and ensure high customer & employee satisfaction
- You will support sales with technical/commercial input in sales and presales phases
- You will plan, budget and forecast for determining and mapping out our short-and long-term financial goals
Your Profile
- You have several years of expertise in leading teams and a deep knowledge of public cloud technologies
- You hold an agile mindset, experience with the ITIL Framework, high strategic expertise, customer-driven mentality and very good presentation skills
- You have good knowledge in monitoring systems, DevOps Process and holistic security knowledge
- Big plus: Knowledge in common network technologies, automation tools, scripting languages and Active Directory Management
- You are characterized by independent, self-reliant working methods and proactive action
- Strong English and German skills (at least C1) complete your profile
