This includes, training, troubleshooting, process optimisation and continuous improvement for series production.● Establish and maintain excellent relationship with JSP customers and suppliers of moulding equipment.● Deliver technical recommendations to customers on their future moulded parts to facilitate start of production.● Manage new application development projects in our Innovation centre.● Provide innovative solutions and recommendations to configure process, equipment, material and tooling for the production of ARPRO parts.● Assist Sales and Innovation in providing moulding expertise to grow ARPRO business and drive sustainability.● Understand customers technical requirements for ARPRO products and suggest innovative ideas, which can be converted into product and process improvements● Implement knowledge management discipline Job requirements:● The ability to put technical matters into a commercial context in a compelling way● Knowledge about polymer technology would be an advantage● Challenge the status quo on existing practises● High degree of autonomy, excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills● Open and positive mindset - ability to present ideas clearly and concisely in front of large audience● Ability to work efficiently with diverse, global and cross-functional teams (production, quality, sales, development, IT, innovation, automation)● Fluent in English and German, French is a benefit● Willingness to travel in Europe (70 %) We aim for attracting and retaining the best employees.
