We are looking for you to support us from April 1st, 2022 in our Head Office in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Your tasks:
- As a Trainee Global Air Freight – Business Architecture you will get the chance to run through core areas like Air Freight Operations, IT Management Air/Ocean and more
- You will be responsible for specific projects with focus on Air Freight Business Architecture (e.g. automation/optimization projects)
- Several (inter-)national deployments during the trainee program will give you the opportunity to get insights into our Air Freight logistics processes and methods
- Participate in the operational onboarding and strategic development discussions
- You will support the team in analyzing requirements and managing functional changes in preparation of country rollouts
Your profile:
- Good to very good university degree in the specific business field (e.g. in IT or Logistics)
- Proficient knowledge of English, a further language is an advantage
- Good social skills and intercultural competence (e.g. through studies, internships abroad or student exchange programs)
- Enterprising mindset and proactive approach to business
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking to deal with complex problems
- Well-developed communication skills and high level of customer and service orientation
- Basic or advanced skills in IT (e.g. basic programming knowledge or requirement-engineering)
