Your tasks:
- As a Trainee in the Global IT Partner Management department you will get the chance to run through core areas like Customer IT onboarding for our global Key Account customers, with understanding their IT needs incl. related business and operational setups, IT solution conception, coordination of the implementation with all involved parties and many more
- You will take over responsibility for contributing to specific customer projects
- Also will you contribute to plan and perform testing activities
- You will support the team in service activities, e. g. status reports preparation, provisioning of statistics, documentation and visualization of e. g. concepts, work flows, and processes
- You can participate in our agile processes
- Several (inter-)national deployments during the trainee program will give you the opportunity to get insights into our e. g. logistics processes and methods
Your profile:
- Good to very good university degree in an IT related area
- Work experience e.g. student internships and/or past employment
- Proficient knowledge of English, a further language is an advantage
- Good social skills and intercultural competence (e. g. through studies, internships abroad)
- Excellent analytical and structural thinking, as well as strategic thinking
- Well-developed communication skills and high level of customer and service orientation
- Experience in the usage of MS Office apps (e. g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge in common formats of data interchanges (EDIFACT, ANSI X.12, XML, SAP IDoc, RosettaNet etc.) and technical communication protocols would be beneficial
- Knowledge in the logistics industry is an advantage
