Become part of our Holiday Village or international TUI BLUE Team as one of our fabulous Fitness Instructors and use every day as an opportunity to make guests smile and ‘live happy’.

This job offers a flexible contract to work abroad. An EU Passport is required. If you wish to work locally – please search for jobs with a specific country or destination.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Create and deliver an inspiring fitness programme matching your profile of guests.
• You could be covering aqua, cardio, relaxation or strengthening classes and helping guests with any sports and gym equipment.
• You will take great care for guest health & safety and equipment maintenance.
• Regular event participation such as team days or theme evenings depending on your guest profile and support in the wider delivery of the daytime and evening programme.
• Helping your TUI colleagues by answering guest questions and solving problems.
• You can monitor and celebrate success with weekly guest feedback results.

You will learn more about TUI BLUE FOR FAMILIES and TUI BLUE FOR TWO (Adults only) and our in-house Fitness Instructor Qualification throughout your recruitment experience.

ABOUT YOU

• You genuinely love all-things sports and fitness and you will at least have strong personal experience in this field.
• We do offer in-house training & qualifications before you start in March/April 22 and on completion of your first 6 months. It is beneficial if you have any of the following:
  • Exercise to music – Basic Aqua Instructor – Yoga/Pilates – Group Fitness Licence – Barbell Training – FLEXI-BAR® – Functional Workout License
• You are a consistently happy colleague and great team player.
• Confident communicating in English with international colleagues and guests – extra languages are helpful.
• Willing to commit, have true staying power and perseverance including work in direct sun/heat.
• A double vaccination status (or equivalent) for entry/travel/general work purposes is now mandatory for a growing list of countries (subject to ongoing change)
• Be proud to wear your ‘TUI Blues’ and represent our ‘TUI Smile’ at all times.

ZUR POSITION

• Erstelle ein inspirierendes Fitnessprogramm, das zu deinem Gästeprofil passt.
• Du könntest Aqua-, Cardio-, Entspannungs- oder Kräftigungskurse anbieten und den Gästen bei der Benutzung von Sport- und Fitnessgeräten helfen.
• Du kümmerst dich um die Gesundheit und Sicherheit der Gäste und die Wartung der Geräte.
• Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen wie Teamtagen oder Themenabenden, je nach Gästeprofil.
• Du hilfst deinen TUI Kollegen, indem du Fragen der Gäste beantwortest und Probleme löst.
• Du kannst deinen Erfolg anhand der wöchentlichen Gästefeedback-Ergebnisse kontrollieren und feiern.

Während des Einstellungsprozesses erfährst du noch mehr über TUI BLUE FOR FAMILIES, TUI BLUE FOR TWO (für Erwachsene) sowie unserer hauseigenen Fitness-Trainer-Qualifikation.

ZU DIR

• Du liebst alles, was mit Sport und Fitness zu tun hat, und hast zumindest gute persönliche Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich.
• Wir bieten interne Schulungen und Qualifizierungen an, bevor du im März/April 22 anfängst und nach Abschluss deiner ersten 6 Monate. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn du eine der folgenden Qualifikationen hast:
  • Exercise to music – Basic Aqua Instructor – Yoga/Pilates – Group Fitness Lizenz – Langhanteltraining – FLEXI-BAR® – Functional Workout Lizenz
• Du bist ein stets gut gelaunter Kollege und ein guter Teamplayer.
• Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch mit internationalen Kollegen und Gästen – weitere Sprachen sind hilfreich.
• Du bist bereit, dich zu engagieren, hast einen langen Atem und bist ausdauernd, auch bei direkter Sonne/Hitze.
• Ein doppelter Impfstatus (oder ein gleichwertiger Status) für Einreise-/Reise-/Arbeitszwecke ist nun für eine wachsende Liste von Ländern obligatorisch (vorbehaltlich laufender Änderungen)
• Du bist stolz darauf, dein „TUI Blau“ zu tragen und unser „TUI Lächeln“ jederzeit zu repräsentieren
