My duties
- Drive business with journey optimizations – help to better design for our customers and their motivations
- Create and document detailed concepts and requirements to assure the quality of implementation
- Execute design thinking methods and improve the maturity level of data driven decisioning and testing (user acceptance tests, customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, A/B testing, onsite polls, heatmap analysis)
- Pro-actively consult business teams and relevant decision makers across functions and levels on UCD strategy, potential roadmaps and define focus features
- Support UX Designers and UX Researchers with an end-to-end understanding for state-of-the-art solutions
My qualifications
- Master's degree in Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Business Information Technology or in a related field
- Research experience in larger business contexts
- Strong presentation skills with “can do” mentality
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and to define roadmaps
- Fluency in English is a must
