As a Working Student (m/f/d) Knowledge Management, you will be part of our Knowledge Team and support our consultants in the Insurance Practice Area in Munich or Cologne.
Shape the world of tomorrow
- You will work on knowledge management decks for comprehensive IT transformation projects in the insurance industry in coordination with our consultants.
- You regularly present your results to our consulting teams and discuss the developed content and next focus areas with them
- You conduct expert interviews and discussions with the consultants in order to gather and process first-hand information
- You review and revise existing material and add conceptual and content elements to it
- You carry out essential ad-hoc research assignments to support our client case teams with important information
- You actively contribute to the research of new and innovative tools to improve the documentation and dissemination of our expertise.
You make the difference
- You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree - preferably in the field of IT, ideally supplemented by industry-specific knowledge in the insurance environment or insurance industry
- Ideally, you have some experience in the area of knowledge management
- A careful, accurate, and reliable way of working is natural for you
- IT, digital technologies, and the insurance industry are topics you are passionate about
- You have good communication skills in German and English
- You love to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks
