Working Student – Transformation & BCG TURN

WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role you will assist the Transformation & BCG TURN analysts and experts in a variety of strategic topics for international assignments. You will also learn how we approach problems of our clients in order to help them perform better than before and strengthen their market position.You can work up to 20 hours/week during semesters and up to 40 hours/week during vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. YOU'RE GOOD AT * * Building & updating new topic/sector-related customized knowledge productsControlling and maintaining Knowledge Navigator databases* Contributing to sanitizing key documents, proposals and case decks* Helping to build, enhance and maintain benchmarking models in Excel, Alteryx and Tableau* Supporting requests from clients and BCG consulting team* Contributing to content development for internal meetings & trainings YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) * Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies with high academic achievements – preferably in business economics, informatics or computer science* Interest to develop skills and knowledge in business transformation related topics* Experience with analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau, etc. is a bonus but not required* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills* Strong attention to detail and high learning agility* Solid analytical skills* Capable to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks in parallel* Creative, yet structured problem solver* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English* Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality YOU'LL WORK WITH You will work closely with the restructuring taskforce in Germany and the BCG TURN community worldwide. Occasionally, you may also work with other BCG entities on global, regional and local level as needed.
